Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring your equipment into one of our locations. Life sustaining or emergency stops will be scheduled same day or next day based on the situation.

Tank Delivery Options

When requesting a tank delivery, an even exchange of tanks is required. Example: if you drop off three empty (or partially empty) oxygen tanks, only three full oxygen tanks will be distributed to you. We do not offer same day deliveries.

• Option 1 - Customer Return/Exchange/Drop Off: You can stop in one of our three drop off locations (Wisconsin AeroCare Headquarters, Fort Atkinson Retail Store, Waukesha Respiratory Care Center). Please call ahead so we can have the tanks ready for you!
• Option 2 - Home Delivery: If you are unable drop off/pick-up your oxygen tanks(s), you can request a delivery to your home. Oxygen tank exchanges are made Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
