Your prescribed CPAP/BiPAP pressures are necessary to treat your sleep apnea condition. A period of adjustment may be required. RELAX and take slow breaths, keeping your mouth closed. PATIENCE and PERSEVERANCE may be necessary while you adjust. If during the course of therapy, symptoms of sleep apnea reoccur (snoring, daytime sleepiness, etc.), contact your prescribing physician.
