NEW BERLIN, WISCONSIN (February 9, 2012) -- Home Care Medical, Inc., one of Wisconsin’s largest providers of home medical equipment and supplies, infusion therapy and respiratory care, has received Accreditation from the Joint Commission for the retail store located inside of the West Bend Pharmacy building at 1709 South 18th Avenue in West Bend. As a result, it also received full recognition from Medicare.
Home Care Medical has an additional retail store located at 4818 South 76th Street in Milwaukee, as well as an infusion therapy pharmacy, rehab seating and mobility, and respiratory care division located at Home Care Medical’s corporate headquarters, 5665 South Westridge Drive in New Berlin. Evaluated for its compliance with national standards of quality care specific to the needs of patients, Home Care Medical is proud of its Accreditation from the Joint Commission – now at all three of their locations. Founded in 1951, the Joint Commission, a national accreditor of healthcare organizations, is dedicated to continuously improving the safety and quality of the nation’s health care through accreditation.
